1. Introduction and scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website lyxtherofriz.world (the "Website") and the purchase of products and services offered by Lyxtherofriz ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.

These Terms apply to consumers and, where relevant, to business customers. For consumers, mandatory provisions of Finnish and EU consumer law apply and cannot be restricted by these Terms.

2. Products and information

We offer dietary supplements and related products, including StabiliVita, through the Website. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update product information. Minor variations in packaging or presentation may occur and do not affect the product's nature or quality. The product is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Use in accordance with the instructions and as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

3. Orders and contract formation

When you submit an order via our order form, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s) on these Terms. We will send you an order confirmation (e.g. by email) once we have received your order. A contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order, which we do by sending the order confirmation or by delivering the product, whichever is earlier. We are not obliged to accept every order; we may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. in case of error, suspected fraud, or if the product is unavailable). If we cancel, we will refund any payment already received.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide (name, email, phone, delivery address if applicable) is accurate and complete. We are not liable for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect information.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include value added tax (VAT) where applicable under Finnish law. Shipping costs, if any, will be indicated before you confirm the order. We reserve the right to change prices; changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is due as indicated in the order process (e.g. in advance or on delivery, depending on the payment method). Accepted payment methods are listed on the Website. You must pay using one of the accepted methods. In the event of late or non-payment, we may charge interest and compensation in accordance with Finnish law and may suspend or cancel the order.

5. Delivery and performance

We will deliver the product to you within a reasonable time and in any event no later than 30 days from the day after you placed your order, unless a different period has been agreed. Delivery is completed when the product is handed over to you or to a carrier designated by you (other than the carrier we use). Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract under the conditions set out in our Return Policy. We will perform our obligations with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Website, except where such loss is caused by our breach of these Terms or our negligence.
